(I would have had this finished much earlier but... things happened. )
Name: Tabitha
Age: 18
Gender: Female
Alignment: Obnoxiously Good
Krimzon Guard Rank: She’d never be able to get past the entrance exam.
Personality: Naive, with an inherent urge to be your friend. However, if it becomes apparent that you do not want to be her friend and instead are up to some sort of immoral shenanigans, you will probably have a small, angry, righteous monk on your tail. Tabitha has a very stubborn set of morals and is driven by some inherent need to do good and promote peace. By any means possible. Probably due in some part to a rather nasty temper, these means can often be rather violent. Tabitha positively abhors killing, but is for the most part okay with violence, as long as it is well deserved.
Tabitha is generally a sweet, helpful, though sometimes bossy girl. She can be easily frustrated and prone to tears. She is also not in the least bit street smart, though she is learning. With the philosophy that everyone has some good in them, she is also very trusting of positively everyone, which has led to some rather sticky situations. Luckily, Tabitha has a great talent for acquiring tall and-slash-or powerful individuals to do her bidding, and is often in the company of such a lackey, so they are more often than not able to help her out of any sort of trouble she is in. It’s very much unclear whether she actually purposefully manipulates people into helping her, or she just does it naturally. It may very well have something to do with the fact that she can get increasingly adorable whenever frustrated or in need of aid.
Physical Appearance: Very petite with long fluffy blond hair, light blue almond eyes, and light skin. She’s positively adorable, though she doesn’t seem to have realized that yet. Tabitha stands just above 5 feet tall, though she won’t admit to such. She enjoys short skirts and rather revealing tops, though she doesn’t seem to notice the overall skimpiness of her outfits. She enjoys the color pink, which is immediately obvious as most of her clothes are pink. After spending so much time wearing the spartan fashions of the Wasteland and Precursor Monks, Tabitha can go rather wild with her wardrobe, particularly when it comes to lace, ruffles, flowers, and other girly things, though still keeps things for the most part functional. She has a fondness for hair accessories and can be easily bribed with them.
Strengths: Tabitha is sweet, adorable, and will help anyone in a heartbeat. While this may not seem like a strength, it has lead to Tabitha making quite a lot of friends in various social circles. Intentional or not, Tabitha has a lot of connections. She is also very trustworthy and hardworking, as her boss would testify. Despite her pleasant demeanor, Tabitha is very skilled in combat, though mostly just in hand-to-hand and with her hoop. Because it’s such an unusual weapon, Tabitha actually very often has the upper hand when she uses it, because most people don’t really know how to guard against it. Tabitha is actually rather clever and can be shrewd at times.
Weaknesses: Tabitha has a hard time being taken seriously, particularly when she’s angry and threatening someone. She can be easily misled, and her lack of street smart will often lead her into trouble. She is also a horrible failure when it comes to using a gun, and it is highly advised not to let her touch one. Ever. Tabitha also has a habit of getting terribly distressed when anyone dies or (at least if she didn’t cause it herself) gets hurt.
Brief History: Tabitha’s story begins with her mother, Kari, who, through a series of events she never managed to divulge to her daughter, ended up exiled to the Wasteland. Finding her way to Spargus, she managed to gain citizenship. Shortly afterwards, she discovered that she was pregnant (presumably by her husband back in Haven City) and several months later, Tabitha was born. When Tabitha was three, Kari was out on patrol with several others when a sandstorm hit. Her body was never found, and Tabitha shortly after went into the care of Azize, a no-nonsense woman who took care of orphaned children around Spargus (someone had to do it.).
Being very small and not at all threatening, Tabitha wound up as a target for the bigger, tougher kids under Azize’s care and in Spargus. But after a year of getting her braids pulled, Tabitha threw the nearest thing she could find at one of her tormenter’s, a wooden hoop, and suddenly discovered that she had a very good aim and a knack for throwing things very, very hard. After some practice and initial violence, Tabitha found that she also had a knack for convincing much bigger and more powerful, though not necessarily clever, people to do what she said. Now with lackeys and a weapon, Tabitha’s childhood continued in a relatively pleasurable manner.
After an incident where it was proven that she was miserable with a gun and would probably never make a decent Wastelander, Tabitha ended up in the care of the Precursor Monks. More specifically, she was entrusted into the care of a senior monk named Duex, the captain of the Precursor Blades, monks trained in combat to defend others in the Wasteland’s harsh environment and to defend the Precursor Temples. At age 8, she began her training as a Precursor Monk, and took it very seriously. While definitely not built for combat, through sheer effort and some encouragement from Duex, she managed to be recruited as a Precursor Blade Apprentice at age 13.
The training was understandably difficult, and at first it seemed as if Tabitha would not be able to make it through as she did not seem to be particularly adept with any of the weapons or combat of the Blades. After one particularly frustrating lesson, Tabitha became so irritated that she dropped the staff she was supposed to be using and instead grabbed her unorthodox weapon of choice- a wooden hoop. In a few short moments she had subdued her opponent. While initially she believed she would be kicked out immediately for such a breech of code, instead she was allowed to continue her training with the use of her hoop. As the years went on, training became increasingly more grueling as the Apprentices neared their goal of being full-fledged Blades. Tabitha eventually replaced her wooden hoop with a metal one, as the wooden ones would constantly break, and with further development moved to the collapsible design she carries today.
Before they can be initiated into a full Blade, an Apprentice must go and train alone for two years. Most often this takes shape via some sort of hermitage in a cave in the Wasteland or something equally monkish. However, with the recent overthrow of the Haven government and the walls not being quite so impenetrable as before, Tabitha, now age 18, decided to take her time in training in Haven City, and see if she could track down any traces of her family there. Of course, it wasn’t easy to get in. Aside from the trek across the Wasteland and barely avoiding being eaten by Metalheads on several occasions, there was also the problem of finding a way into the city. Somehow Tabitha avoided the numerous dangers, and found herself wandering the streets of Haven City, with absolutely no idea what the hell she was doing. After several weeks and quite some difficulty, Tabitha acquired a job as a delivery girl and got herself a not-so-great apartment in the residential area. Now, with a place to live and an income, she’s finally started to follow her own agenda and see if she can find any evidence of her origins.
Extras: Tabitha’s hoop has a diameter of (roughly) 5 feet, though it can be collapsed into fourths about 2 and a half feet long and carried relatively easily. Tabitha normally carries her hoop on her back, so it can be concealed by her hair. The hoop itself is made of a very hard reinforced metal. Tabitha has learned how to wield it in a variety of ways, including as a projectile, a shield, and a melee weapon.
Shortly after acquiring her apartment, Tabitha rescued a stray allicat who was trapped in a dumpster. Since then, she’s named it Oscar and he has taken up residence in her apartment. She adores him, though he doesn’t seem to particularly care.

Sample Post:[/b] Tabitha regarded the buildings around her with a stern look and tried not to look lost. She was lost, of course. Very lost. The street around her did not seem particularly sketchy, at least compared to some other parts of the city she had been in, and she could see the top of the Stadium looming in the distance. She would have simply made her way there and figured out a way back to the office from there, if it wasn’t for the fact that this street seemed to lead everywhere but there.
“Oh, this is really not good,” she said worriedly, glancing around. “f**k," she added in a very low voice.
Tabitha sighed and adjusted the ribbon in her hair. She had tried checking her map, but shortly realized that she was not very talented at reading maps, and in fact it just looked like a series of multi-colored squiggles. So she gave up. Aside from wandering around and hoping to find her way to a familiar street, while likely just ending up more lost, that left her the option of asking for directions.
“Excuse me!” she sang, bouncing over to the nearest passerby. “Excuse me, sir!”
“Eh?” The man she had targeted was tall, though everyone was tall to her, with dark hair and unassuming attire. He looked tired, and rather surprised, though that may have just been because of his apparently high eyebrows.
“I’m so sorry to bother you, sir, but I’m afraid I’m lost!” she explained, looking very distressed. “I’m trying to find my way back to South town, you see. I was on a job, dropping off a package, and I must have taken a wrong turn at some point! If you don’t mind, could you please help me?” She stared up at him pleadingly, her lips pouting slightly.
“Uh, sure,” he said, looking rather dazzled by something. “Just take that street over there and, uh, that’ll take you back to the main street, and you can just follow that for a while till you get to South Town.”
“OHMYGOSH, thank you so much!” Tabitha trilled, smiling brightly. She bounced off towards the road he had pointed out, but paused after a few steps to wave at him. “It was very lovely meeting you, thank you again!” she called. Then she turned and continued on her way.
