Name: Dharma
Age: 20
Gender: female
Alignment: good
Krimzon Guard Rank: head medic
Personality: To put it bluntly, Dharma is best described as a candy coated ray of sunshine on Prozac. She is bubbly, happy, pleasant, and generally a joy to be around. Most members of the Krimzon Guard actually look forward to being treated by her due to the simple fact that she always seems to have a funny story to tell about one or all of her seven older brothers and sisters to distract them from the pain of their injuries. She loves animals, a sentiment that is not in the least bit reciprocated, though she has yet to give up hope.
As the youngest of eight kids, Dharma has pretty much had to learn to fend for herself. Her father is a clinic physician and taught her everything she knows, and she is a complete and total daddy's girl. At the same time, she is capable of being completely tomboyish. She likes going drinking, watching races, and belching contests. Many are surprised at how well she holds her liquor. There is, however, a dark side to Dharma most are not particularly willing to discuss...
Despite all that, most of the time Dharma is extremely friendly and personable. It sometimes seems that she has never met a stranger and can usually win over most people she encounters. Like many coming to terms with the new regime, she is extremely distrustful of Ashelin's choice of Lesca as her primary advisor... mostly due to her own personal history with the infamous Widowmaker.
Physical Appearance: A very petite young woman with sandy blond hair and green eyes. She stands roughly 4'11" tall and has a somewhat childish face. She wears her hair in a short bob that curls up at the ends. Like all current and former members of the KG, she has gray tattoos on her face, neck, and ears. Wears a medic's uniform, seen in the picture below.
Strengths: Dharma is an exceptional medic, knowledgeable in most areas of medicine, and great with people. She can annoy those with short tempers with that constant optimism, but on the plus side, it can keep people going in the worst of times. She is a shameless optimist.
Weaknesses: She suffers from anger management disorder... when she gets pushed past her limit, she'll go into a blind rage, attacking and trying to destroy any and everything in her path. animals don't like her. Tends to annoy people with her overly bubbly cheerfulness. Is not really much of a fighter. At all.
Brief History: Dharma lived a normal life with a normal family in a normal part of town, just at the edge of the slums. There was absolutely nothing spectacular about her, other than the fact that she learned medicine at a young age from her father, Lorr, who was a clinical physician. Her family was not poor, nor were they well off, but the decision to live where they did was her parents', as they wished to help as many people as they could that needed it. Dharma was always interested in medicine, unlike her older brothers and sisters, most of whom went into work as merchants or as volunteer workers for the efforts to help those suffering when, eventually, the Baron took over from King Damas. Only her Irish twin sister Karma, born exactly ten months before her, was interested at all in medicine and ended up becoming a nurse at a hospital in the northern sector.
But Dharma wasn't happy with just watching things happen around her. She joined the Underground when she was 16, signing on as a medic and almost immediately driving everyone whose temper could tolerate only so much happy nearly to bedlam. No one could deny, however, that she was an exceptionally skilled medic and this was something invaluable to the effort against Praxis. When she accidentally got pushed to her limit and attacked a few of the men, her surprise agression was targetted in a new and more useful direction... they signed her up as a medic in the Krimzon Guard to serve as a spy.
As things became more dangerous, with Praxis becoming strapped for time against the Metalhead Leader and Jak sabotaging everything he did at every possible turn, members of the KG were looked at even more closely. Eventually Dharma was caught running information and imprisoned by Lesca, who may not have tortured her but was by no means gentle. As a result, Dharma is particularly distrustful of the woman, refusing to accept "just doing her job" as an excuse. After her release and recovery, she was placed as the head medic in the KG and has been working in that capacity since, offering her medical expertise to those outside of the KG as well.
Extras: Dharma's past-times include helping the injured and driving anyone with a short temper up a wall.

Sample Post: "I brought cookies!"
There was no denying who the chirpy, cheery voice belonged to, along with the footsteps - most assuredly skipping - which also approached the site where a number of workers were toiling away to restore a decades old building damaged in the Metalhead attacks. Most of them greeted with a smile and a wave in return. Whenever Dharma showed up, good things were sure to happen.
Smiling as she paused near the workers, setting down both basket and medical supply kit, she stretched and popped her back as the construction team started filtering toward her. "It's from my sister Karma," she stated, waving one finger in the air once she'd gotten herself settled comfortably. "You guys know how she loves cooking. I still say Karma is the most ridiculously unfitting name for her. Buuuuut that's neither here nor there."
She flashed a charming grin before popping open the basket, digging around inside. "There's cookies, flat cakes, sticky fritters, and... uh..." She paused. "...well, I don't know what this one is, but it looks absolutely delicious. Makes me wish I was sharing in the bounty." Smiling, she took a few steps back. "Go ahead, guys! Enjoy!"
Taking a few steps back, the tiny head medic listened to the words of thanks and praise, giving her full attention to anyone who inquired about her family and how they were doing. Her father was fine, of course, and still practicing medicine. Karma, while she had gone into nursing, was still a spectacular chef, as was made plainly obvious by the basket full of treats she'd sent for those who were spending so much time away from their families to help rebuild a city nearly lost to an insurmontable threat. Her other brothers and sisters were all going about their jobs, and her?
Well, she was recovering okay. She'd gone through a lot in the end of the conflict and still had some harsh feelings, but she was going to follow Ashelin loyaly. She knew what she was doing, after all. She'd been brought up in that world.
But somewhere in the very back of sweet little Dharma's mind, she felt that creeping hatred. Not of Ashelin, of course, but of someone close to her. It wasn't her fault, she'd said. Just doing her job, she'd said. Hmph.
Still, however, she smiled, keeping a cheery, pleasant face for those enjoying Karma's cooking while the construction marched along.
